These terms govern access to and use of Scott County Released Inmates. They apply to the reference material, navigation links, and third-party search tools presented with the site. The service is private and does not act for the Sheriff, TDOC, a court, or another public office. By browsing, searching, or otherwise using the site, you agree to follow these conditions and all applicable law. If you do not accept every term, do not use the site or its search tools.

Scott County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with Scott County, any sheriff, jail, corrections department, or other government body. It helps visitors locate Tennessee inmate, jail, release, and supervision resources. Neither this site nor its advertising partners is a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency, and neither offers services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

Nature of This Website

This is a private reference site with no authority over a jail, court, parole office, or correctional agency. It stores no official jail roster, release record, court file, or TDOC offender file. We cannot confirm a person's custody status, order a release, post bond, or file a record request on a visitor's behalf.

The site points readers toward Scott County and Tennessee record resources, including the Sheriff, iSOMS, TDOC FOIL, court offices, parole and probation sources, federal locators, and third-party research tools. Government access to Tennessee records is controlled by applicable law, including the Tennessee Public Records Act at T.C.A. ยง 10-7-503, not by this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use the site lawfully and without harming another person, the service, or its systems. You agree that you will not:

Your Duty to Indemnify
